Health Ministry Warns Against All Alaska Mineral Water Products

The Health Ministry warned the public not to consume any “Alaska - Natural Mineral Water” product. The ministry said Northern District Food Service inspectors found that the bottles had entered Israel from Palestinian Authority areas without the required approvals. The water's production and safety conditions are unknown, and the products are not under ministry health supervision. The warning applies to every bottle size and expiration date and concerns products belonging to Ein Asia Mineral Water; the Food Service said it would continue locating food brought in without permits and take action when violations are found.
