Israeli Robotics Firm XTEND Begins NYSE Trading Under XTND

Israeli robotics company XTEND completed its business combination with JFB Construction Holdings and began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker XTND on September 4. The renamed XTEND AI Robotics said the transaction raised $110 million in total capital, including about $67.7 million delivered at closing. JFB’s Class A shares stopped trading on Nasdaq after September 3, while both businesses became wholly owned subsidiaries of the combined company. XTEND, founded in Tel Aviv and headquartered in Tampa, says it has deployed more than 12,500 AI-powered robotic systems in over 30 countries.
