Born in Israel, Baharav-Miara served in the IDF, studied law at the Hebrew University, and built a long career in the State Prosecution, eventually as Tel Aviv District Attorney for civil matters, before her February 2022 appointment to the Attorney General role under the Bennett-Lapid government.
