Bank Leumi and Galaxy Announce Israeli Bank Crypto Trading for Early 2027

Bank Leumi and Galaxy Digital announced a partnership to offer digital-asset trading to Leumi customers, with availability expected in early 2027. Leumi and PEPPER customers are expected to buy, hold and sell Bitcoin, Ether and Solana through a secured section of the Leumi Trade app. Leumi will use GalaxyOne Institutional for trading services and Galaxy Custody Infrastructure, formerly GK8, for its digital-asset infrastructure. The companies said the planned service would make Leumi the first Israeli bank to offer such trading, while Leumi strategy chief Maya Ravia described the intended access as simple, secure and regulated.
