The movie is not out yet, so I admit that there may be more to it, this assessment is based on dozens of pieces published about the movie that seems to criminalize the fact that IDF strikes knowingly killed civilians, no matter if they targeted combatants.
The core premise of the NAZA movie is that collateral damage is itself illegal. It doesn't prove any specific war crime only that strikes were approved knowing civilians will die as the US UK & EU did in Iraq, Syria & Afghanistan. There are claims that the IDF approved strikes of 100 or even 500 civilian deaths per 1 combatant killed in Gaza but not a single such example has ever been provided. It doesn't exist. As combatants killed are revealed by Hamas the true picture of the war is emerging:

The number of "medical workers" in Gaza who are confirmed Hamas & Islamic Jihad combatants, mostly commanders, has now surpassed 100. Over 4% of all confirmed combatants according to Hamas & PIJ were these so-called "healthcare workers," who were based mainly in hospitals.
The Hamas Ministry of Health reports ~73,000 fatalities in Gaza, which includes combatants, natural deaths & those killed by Hamas. Which means various @TheLancet "studies" and other claims, still made, of 100,000+ deaths were false. Will those "experts" admit they were wrong?
