Soldier Says Platoon Backed Succot’s Madma Memorial Demolition

Зображення до: Soldier Says Platoon Backed Succot’s Madma Memorial Demolition

An unnamed soldier in the platoon that secured MK Zvi Sukkot’s Madma tour said platoon members supported demolishing the memorial and would have preferred to do it themselves. He said the tour followed the coordinated schedule and that the forces faced no danger, adding that not even a stone was thrown. The soldier accused Naftali Bennett of speaking on the platoon’s behalf and presenting its experience inaccurately for electoral advantage. His message followed criticism of Sukkot’s August 25 demolition of a memorial described as honoring terrorists.
