Elad Employment Triangle Tender Awards Four Commercial Plots for NIS 83.8 Million

Israel Land Authority tender results awarded four commercial and employment plots in Elad for a combined NIS 83,805,142, excluding VAT and development costs. Hangars Elad won two plots covering 6,661 and 6,138 square meters for NIS 23,500,001 and NIS 21,700,001. Reisidor Entrepreneurship won 7,543 square meters for NIS 26,827,390, while G.G. Properties (Elad) and Ocean Star Shipping won 4,848 square meters for NIS 11,777,750. The TML/1081 expansion plan spans about 2,663 dunams and includes roughly 1.2 million square meters of employment space alongside about 4,200 homes.
