The U.S. Embassy in Jordan told staff to seek overhead cover and shelter after reports of missiles, drones or rockets in Jordanian airspace; Israeli reporting said five Iranian missiles fired toward an area hosting a U.S. base were intercepted and Jordan Valley communities also received sirens. Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain also faced Iranian retaliation during the exchange.
