Shadi Juma’a Charged in Ido Zoldan’s 2007 Terror Murder

Military prosecutors in Judea and Samaria filed an indictment Thursday against Shadi Juma’a over his alleged role in the November 19, 2007 shooting murder of Ido Zoldan. The indictment says Juma’a joined two others in planning to target Jewish motorists, helped prepare the vehicle and weapons, and searched for an Israeli car before one accomplice fired at Zoldan from close range. Israeli forces arrested Juma’a in Qalqilya on May 26 after his release from Palestinian Authority detention. He is charged with causing death intentionally as a joint participant, the military-law equivalent of murder.
