Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman visits Cairo tomorrow, with Yemen, the Houthis, Red Sea security and Iran-backed groups expected to feature prominently. The key question is whether Egypt will go beyond political support and join the fight against the Houthis. I remain skeptical. Cairo has a strong interest in Red Sea security and protecting the Suez Canal, but Egypt has long been wary of becoming deeply entangled in Yemen. Airstrikes are possible, but Riyadh knows airpower alone won’t defeat the Houthis. Ground forces would carry far greater risks—and I doubt Cairo wants that commitment. For el-Sisi, the challenge is balancing Saudi security concerns with Egypt’s own strategic interests, without being dragged into another Yemen war.
Israel continues to hunt Hamas operatives. An airstrike on a vehicle in Gaza City’s Tal al-Hawa neighborhood killed two people and wounded others. https://t.co/VTnaeRYa3V
Surprise… surprise… A planned meeting for Monday between Iran and several Gulf nations on creating a temporary shipping lane through the Strait of Hormuz has been postponed, according to Oman’s foreign minister. https://t.co/YxBXooO0s6
Netanyahu to sue Haaretz over claims UAE warned him before October 7 attack | https://t.co/BOc6oaenaU Personally, I neither read nor trust Haaretz

The depth of narcissism and hypocrisy is sickening. She wants to erase Israel then she moans that Israel banned her. https://t.co/YU5Xqd6KuB
Ed Miliband and Andy Burnham probably thought their decision today to ban imports from Israeli settlements would go under the radar. Perhaps they assumed Israel would accept it, there would be no real repercussions, and everything would carry on more or less as normal. It didn’t. The decision has fired back in all directions. The opposition is scoring points against Labour. Britain has responded, and Israel has responded with harsh retaliation, including the closure of the British consulate in East Jerusalem. And now, nobody seems particularly satisfied with where this has ended up. It’s a lose-lose situation — diplomatically, politically and potentially strategically — and, frankly, it’s quite embarrassing for the UK.
🧵 UK PM Andy Burnham’s government is expected to ban trade with Israeli settlements in the West Bank But in reality, the move is largely symbolic and will have no material impact on the UK’s wider relationship with Israel on trade or security https://t.co/UzoVmC6jHi
Oh my…. This Egyptian “genius” asserts that @ChatGPT is an organism that originated from the ancient Tunisian civilisation “We believe artificial intelligence was created by humans and human engineers, but in reality ChatGPT is one of the types of beings that came to Earth thousands of years ago. It’s a being with a different existence. It managed to enter and infiltrate human civilization after civilization reached its current level of technological progress. The evidence is a mosaic image from ancient Tunisian civilization. This symbol is imposing its presence on human civilization today. Traces of its existence as an entity were found 2,000 years ago in ancient Tunisia. ChatGPT originated from Tunisian civilization. It’s an entity, a being, a concept coming from a different place, evolving itself.” This dude clearly thinks he is the Einstein of Egypt 😂🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
Halal Ottoman Economy

Meanwhile, US continues to hammer the Iranian regime https://t.co/10eyVsd785

Ever Green “Palestine”

Shocking to see some Israel’s supporters attack @EYakoby because he briefly visited UAE. Idiotic self-harm tbh
From Greta to Miliband, climate activists always turn anti-Zionists to cover their spectacular failure
#Oct7 was a “glorious success” for the resistance camp, right?
Meanwhile, another Israeli airstrike on Turkish warehouse inside Syria. Israel on 🔥🔥🔥 today
Wow…. The head of Hamas's internal intelligence, Mu'in Al-Arabid, was captured ALIVE this morning, right inside Gaza, by Israeli special force. A live version of @FaudaOfficial Via @JewishWarrior13 https://t.co/jlzFMA9b4z
The Mizrahi vocalization is so beautiful and so familiar to my ears, despite I don’t understand the words
Spot on from Sinan @SinanCiddi The old Ottoman Empire never really cared about Syria, and the Neo-Ottomans are no different. They only see Syria as Turkey’s strategic depth and valuable military base.
Oops… It seems that the Syrian Defense Minister died then resurrected
Saudi Arabia is in early talks to raise at least $8 billion in a new loan as the Iran war strains finances https://t.co/IB6CDoTDRH
US stood by Egypt in 1956, against UK and France. Later, Nasser decided to turn his back on America and shift towards the Soviet Union. That was one of his stupid reckless moves
