JPost: Gaza ISF Gets Vehicles as IDF Eyes Hamas Action

JPost published at 05:20 IDT that Southern Command is preparing for the possibility of renewed Gaza operations to disarm Hamas while the International Stabilization Force begins receiving equipment. The report says dozens of vehicles, including bulletproof ones, were moved into Gaza in the past 24 hours and handed to American forces from the ISF headquarters in Kiryat Gat. It says Israel controls about 70% of Gaza, but Hamas still governs the remaining 30%, has about 27,000 weapons and is preparing for deep IDF maneuvers. Board of Peace, Israel Hayom, i24 and JNS reporting all point to a test: civilian alternatives are useful only if they remove Hamas from weapons, territory and population control.
