Qatar defeated Yemen 1-0 on Sunday in their second Group B match at the 27th Arabian Gulf Cup in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Yusuf Abdurisag scored the game's only goal in the 64th minute at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium. Yemen goalkeeper Mohammed Aman saved a second-half penalty taken by Akram Afif, leaving the margin at one goal.
