Iranian Central Command Chief Says U.S. Is Accelerating Regional War

Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters commander, Major General Ali Abdollahi, accused the United States of accelerating a broad regional war. He said Washington was pursuing a strategy to impose what he called unlawful dominance across the region and had shown in the recent war that it would attack Muslim states’ interests and resources. Abdollahi also claimed the United States was using regional countries’ wealth, infrastructure and strategic resources to shield its forces while strengthening Israel’s military. He urged Muslim countries to recognize what he described as that regional dynamic.
