Three Rwandan Law-Enforcement Officers Earn Master’s Degrees in South Korea

Three Rwandan law-enforcement officers graduated from the Korean National Police University in Asan City on August 21 as the top performers in their respective programs. Rwanda National Police inspectors Thomas Akimana and Yvette Tumukunde Mutabazi earned master's degrees in criminal investigation and criminology, while Rwanda Investigation Bureau officer Evariste Nkubito earned a master's in public safety. Two other Rwandan police officers are pursuing doctorates at the university.
