Tropper and Hendel Demand National Security Ministry at Campaign Launch

Former ministers Chili Tropper and Yoaz Hendel launched their party's campaign at a Jerusalem event on Wednesday evening, presenting the Magen David plan across seven areas including education, equal service, cost of living, settlement, governance and rehabilitation of border communities. The two said they will demand the National Security Ministry for Hendel, who called internal security the country's eighth front and said Israel is losing it. Their party, Zionist Home-The Reservists, set two conditions for entering a coalition: a Zionist government, and passage of a conscription law before it is formed. National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir responded that Otzma Yehudit will keep the ministry in the next government.
