Housing Lottery Completes 7,922-Home Draw Across 19 Communities

Israel’s Housing and Construction Ministry and Israel Land Authority completed the 11th Dira BeHanacha lottery, covering 7,922 discounted apartments in 19 communities. Some 114,848 eligible households submitted about 1.7 million project registrations. Ma’ale Adumim led with 1,663 units, followed by Kiryat Gat with 1,433 and Kfar Saba with 1,045. About half the units were reserved for active reservists, including roughly one quarter of the total for combat reservists; winners will be notified after eligibility checks.
