Karhi Launches Anonymous Governance Hotline for Public Employees

Communications Minister Shlomo Karhi launched an anonymous “Governance Hotline” on his official site for public-sector employees to report what the site describes as delays, disruption or intentional obstruction of government decisions. The site says submissions can identify non-substantive barriers and deliberate implementation failures through a confidential channel intended to ensure that elected government policy is carried out. It also states that submitted details enter a system and are forwarded to Karhi’s WhatsApp for direct follow-up. The initiative appeared during the Likud primary campaign, ahead of the party’s August 17 internal vote.
