Romania’s Senate adopted revised integrity legislation by 106 votes to 19, with no abstentions, after a Constitutional Court review. The law replaces traditional public asset and interest declarations with public financial-interest sheets and retains a provision ending elected officials’ mandates after final conflict-of-interest or incompatibility findings.
