Electric Scooter Rider, 36, Seriously Hurt in Tel Aviv Fall

Magen David Adom said its 101 dispatch center in the Dan region received a report at 1:14 a.m. that a man had apparently been injured while riding an electric scooter on Rabbi Kosovsky Street in Tel Aviv-Yafo. Medics and paramedics treated the 36-year-old before evacuating him to Ichilov Hospital. MDA said he was in serious condition with a head injury. The emergency-service statement described the incident as an apparent riding injury and did not identify another vehicle.
