Israeli-founded cybersecurity company Neo emerged from stealth with $100 million in funding led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, with Craft Ventures and Merlin Ventures participating. The company was founded by Nick Warner, Shlomi Salem and Eran Shirazi, veterans of SentinelOne and other cybersecurity firms, and employs about 50 people, including 40 in Israel. Neo says its platform gives security teams real-time inventory, attribution and policy controls for AI agents and other software gaining autonomous capabilities. The capital will expand its engineering and go-to-market teams.
