Iran Says It Arrested 21 Alleged Mossad-Linked Agents in Kerman Province

Iran's Ministry of Intelligence announced the arrest of 21 people in Kerman province, in the country's southeast, accusing them of working for Israel's Mossad. The ministry said the detainees were identified in a series of intelligence operations run by the province's General Intelligence Directorate, and that they had collected information from sensitive and classified centers in the military and defense fields and passed it to the service. It said weapons and ammunition were seized and that it had also moved against four armed groups. The ministry cast the arrests as a continuation of operations it began after incidents in January 2026, and it published no evidence for the allegations.
