Brazil Supreme Court Sets Speaking Order for Moraes-Vorcaro Session

Brazil's Supreme Federal Court set the speaking order for a September 15 plenary session on Petition 16.662, concerning messages between Justice Alexandre de Moraes and former banker Daniel Vorcaro. The hearing is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. Brasília time, with court president Edson Fachin opening the session and calling the case before rapporteur André Mendonça reads his report. The Prosecutor General's Office will speak next, followed by voting. The court had not confirmed whether Moraes or Justice Dias Toffoli would participate.
