Teva and NICE Set to Rise as Tower Faces Lower Tel Aviv Open

Tel Aviv trading was set to open with a mixed signal from dual-listed shares, whose combined arbitrage gap was negative 0.1%. Teva, NICE and Palo Alto Networks carried positive gaps above 2%, while Tower Semiconductor was expected to open more than 4% lower after falling 9% on Wall Street. Palo Alto gained 13% in the preceding U.S. session, as Asian markets and U.S. index futures traded modestly lower and the 10-year Treasury yield touched 5%. Israel’s August consumer-price index was due later in the afternoon, providing the day’s main domestic macroeconomic focus.
