Syrian Internal Security Forces imposed a temporary curfew in Sanamayn, Daraa province, on Thursday after a patrol came under fire during an operation to arrest a wanted man. The force said three of its members were killed and others injured when an armed group led by the suspect attacked, prompting clashes in the city. It said security units deployed across Sanamayn, continued pursuing those involved and would keep the curfew in place until conditions stabilized. Authorities did not identify the wanted man or announce an exact end time for the restrictions.
