Russian Strikes Kill Five and Injure 15 Across Ukraine’s Kharkiv Region

Kharkiv’s regional administration said Russian strikes hit Kharkiv city and 14 settlements, killing five people and injuring 15. In Balakliia, three men aged 55, 60 and 74 and a 71-year-old woman died, while three women were injured; a 30-year-old man died and eight people were injured in Lypkuvativka. Three residents were injured in Velykyi Burluk and one man in Slatyne. Officials reported missiles, guided aerial bombs and drones, with damage to homes, a preschool, a commuter train, businesses, vehicles and power infrastructure.
