Netanyahu Cancels Texas Stop and Musk Meeting, Shortens U.S. Visit

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has shortened his upcoming U.S. visit for his address to the U.N. General Assembly, canceling a planned stop in Texas and meeting with Elon Musk. An advance team that had already arrived in Texas was told Friday that the visit was canceled. Netanyahu is now expected to arrive in New York on Thursday morning, speak at 2:00 p.m. local time and depart that evening. The previous itinerary called for arrival on Wednesday and a return after Thursday’s address.
