Netanyahu to Meet Leaders of Nine Countries During Brief U.N. Visit

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will meet the presidents of Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, Panama and Ethiopia, the vice president of Colombia, and the prime ministers of Greece, Slovenia and Papua New Guinea during his visit to the UN General Assembly in New York, his office said on Thursday, September 24. The Prime Minister's Office said leaders of many countries had asked to meet him during the visit, but a tight schedule and the need to return before the start of the Sukkot holiday allowed him to accept only some of the requests. Panamanian President José Raúl Mulino's New York agenda, reported on September 18, also listed a meeting with Netanyahu.
