Drone Attack Hits Industrial Sites in Russia’s Perm and Ulyanovsk, Governors Say

Perm Krai Governor Dmitry Makhonin said on September 25 that a massive attack by enemy drones was under way over the region, that air defenses and mobile fire groups had been repelling it since early morning, and that an industrial facility had been hit, with no casualties according to preliminary data. Ulyanovsk region Governor Alexey Russkikh said air defenses were still repelling a massive drone attack on the city of Ulyanovsk, where damage to industrial and civilian infrastructure had been recorded. He said injured people were receiving medical care, without giving a number, and that an emergency headquarters had been set up. Neither governor named the facilities that were hit.
