IDF Says It Killed Hamas Nukhba Platoon Commander in Nuseirat Strike

The IDF announced on Saturday that it killed Ibrahim Fawzi Ismail Mohsen, a Nukhba platoon commander in Hamas's military wing, in a strike in the Nuseirat area of central Gaza on Friday. In a separate strike on Friday in the Khan Younis area, the IDF said it killed Mohammed Kamel Suleiman Mohsen, another member of Hamas's military wing. According to the IDF, the two had recently advanced attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians and worked to restore Hamas's capabilities, in systematic violation of the ceasefire. The IDF said it used precise munitions and aerial surveillance to mitigate harm to civilians, and that Southern Command troops remain deployed in accordance with the agreement.
