IM Cannabis Says Director Einat Zakariya Resigned for Personal Reasons

IM Cannabis Corp. said on September 28 that director Einat Zakariya resigned from its board and all of its committees, effective September 27, for personal reasons. The Nasdaq-listed medical cannabis company, which has operations in Israel and Germany, disclosed the departure a day after it took effect. The company had previously announced an agreement to sell I.M.C. Holdings Ltd.; it says the transaction, if completed, would leave its Israeli medical cannabis operations with IM Cannabis while the purchaser would indirectly hold its German Adjupharm operations.
