Sudan's Army Denies Backing Ethiopian Opposition, Accuses Ethiopia of Aiding RSF

Sudan's armed forces rejected Ethiopian military chief Birhanu Jula's accusation that Sudan supports Ethiopian opposition groups, calling it baseless. In a statement issued Sunday, the Sudanese army said it does not interfere in other countries' internal affairs and urged Addis Ababa to handle disputes through dialogue and official channels. The army also alleged that the Rapid Support Forces receive training, supplies and support for drone operations from Ethiopian territory. It said it would defend Sudan's sovereignty and borders while seeking stability between the two countries.
