El Al and Israir Shares Rise 7.9% and 8.8% in Tel Aviv Trading

El Al and Israir shares rose sharply in Tel Aviv trading on September 30, with the exchange's delayed quote pages showing gains of 7.93% and 8.8%, respectively.
