Argentina's Revenue and Customs Control Agency (ARCA) extended the filing deadline for 2025 income-tax returns from October 13 to October 30, 2026, in a resolution published on October 8. The extension covers individuals and undivided estates under both the general and simplified sworn-return regimes. Resolution General 5911/2026 leaves the July 27, 2026, payment deadline unchanged. The agency cited Law 27,826, passed on September 17, and its impact on calculating 2025 income tax as the reason for additional filing time. It also moved the automated Small Taxpayer classification process from October 23 to November 16, 2026.
