The IDF announced that a military exercise will begin on Monday, October 12, in the area stretching from Yarka to Ma’alot-Tarshiha, with its conclusion expected on Wednesday afternoon. During the exercise, residents can expect increased movement of security forces and vehicles, and sounds of explosions will be heard in the area. The military said the drill had been planned in advance as part of its training program for 2026. It stressed that the activity does not indicate a security incident.
