Police Investigate Suspected Sderot Stabbing; Man Seriously Wounded

Police opened an investigation into a suspected stabbing in Sderot after a man about 40 was seriously wounded late on October 11. Magen David Adom said its Lachish emergency center received the report at 23:25 about an injured man on Rambam Street. Medics and paramedics treated him for penetrating injuries and evacuated him to Barzilai Hospital in serious condition. Sderot police officers collected evidence and examined the circumstances of the incident. Police said the suspected background was criminal.
