Police Complaint Filed Over Likud Be’er Yaakov Recount

A police complaint became public Wednesday over alleged forgery and fraudulent concealment connected to the Likud recount in Be’er Yaakov. Walla and Ynet identified Likud director-general David Sharan, Haim Katz and Reshef Security as targets. Reports said the recount moved Gila Gamliel from 25th to 35th place; Gamliel also alleged that another candidate gained 170 votes between the publication of results and disclosure of protocols. Katz denied intervening or falsifying results and responded by publishing Lahav 433’s Lod address. Final party results were expected after appeals on Thursday.
