Likud representatives said no one ordered lawmakers to record their secret ballots, while MK Sharren Haskel said members were required to film their votes and show the recordings to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The High Court invalidated Michael Rabello's election after lawmakers compromised the ballot's secrecy. Police may take an open statement from Haskel, who is not a suspect, before deciding whether to open a criminal investigation.
