HUB Cyber Security signed an agreement to sell the entire QPoint Group to Malam Team for about NIS 26.5 million, or $8.7 million. The group includes QPoint Technologies, Aginix, QPoint Solutions, Sensecom and Integral, which provide software, quality-assurance, computing-infrastructure and digital-optimization services. Closing requires Israel Competition Authority clearance and other customary conditions, and is set for the seventh working day after approval. The sale is structured on a cash-free and debt-free basis, and HUB said it plans to use the proceeds to repay substantially all debt secured by QPoint shares.
