BiomX Becomes Tessera Defense and Homeland Security in Corporate Rebrand

Courtroom-sketch editorial illustration of an airport and critical-infrastructure complex at dusk, with terminal roofs, service roads, parked aircraft and a control tower beneath a dramatic clouded sunset, drawn in warm ochre and slate-blue pastel with cross-hatching on sepia newsprint.

BiomX Inc. became Tessera Defense and Homeland Security Inc. at 12:01 a.m. Eastern time on September 11. Its NYSE American shares were scheduled to begin trading under HLSQ at the market open, while the CUSIP number, shareholder rights and outstanding certificates remained unchanged, requiring no holder action. The Netanya-based company said the rebrand completes its shift into a defense and homeland-security technology group following acquisitions and investments over the past year. Its portfolio includes Dr. Frucht Systems, Zorronet, and an interest with an option to acquire M.E.A. Testing Systems, also known as Motomea.
