FIFA unveiled the 64-match schedule for the 2027 Women's World Cup in Brazil on August 20, selecting Rio de Janeiro's Maracanã for both the opening match and the final. Host Brazil will begin Group A at the stadium on June 24 before playing in São Paulo on June 29 and Brasília on July 4. Each of the eight host cities will stage at least seven matches and one knockout fixture. The Maracanã will become the third stadium to host finals of both the men's and women's FIFA World Cups.
