Teen Brothers Indicted Over Yafia Attack That Left Boy Paralyzed

Israel's Northern District Prosecutor filed a juvenile-court indictment in Nazareth against two brothers, aged 15 and 16, over the stabbing of a 14-year-old at a Yafia football field. Prosecutors allege the brothers returned after an earlier dispute carrying a knife, knuckleduster and pepper spray, then struck, sprayed and stabbed the boy in the neck and back. The victim now uses a wheelchair and has paralysis on his left side. Both defendants face aggravated-injury, obstruction and weapon charges; one also faces attempted-murder and threat charges. The allegations have not been proven in court.
