Salesforce Leads $166 Million Investment in HiBob

HiBob announced a $166 million investment led by Salesforce, with additional participation from Farallon. The company said the funding will support expansion of its Bob people-management platform into organizational intelligence for AI-powered enterprises. Chief executive and co-founder Ronni Zehavi said trusted workforce context will become fundamental as companies deploy AI, while Joe Teplow, Slack's chief strategy officer and a Salesforce Labs senior vice president, said HiBob serves more than 5,500 customers. HiBob says organizations in more than 170 countries use its platform, and the announcement was issued from New York and London.
