IDF forces operating under the Judea Brigade arrested a terrorist identified as Abd al-Rahman in Hebron on Saturday, September 12, following Shin Bet intelligence. The military said he was planning a shooting attack against Israeli civilians in the immediate time frame. The announcement did not disclose an intended target, a weapon, an exact arrest time, or any additional suspects. The IDF said its forces continue counterterrorism activity across the Judea and Samaria Division to prevent attacks against Israeli civilians and soldiers.
