Goldman Sachs is investing $400 million in Israeli cybersecurity company Cyera, extending the $600 million round announced in June at a $12 billion valuation. The new investment brings Cyera's cumulative funding to $2.7 billion. Cyera, founded in 2021 by Yotam Segev, Yonatan Itai and Tamar Bar-Ilan, develops enterprise data-security tools and controls for AI agents' access to organizational data and systems. The company also completed its $1 billion acquisition of Israeli identity-security firm Oasis Security this month, a deal that broadened Cyera's platform from data security into human and machine-identity controls.
