Israeli-founded property technology company Venn has acquired Zuma for $50 million, combining Zuma's AI leasing tools with Venn's property management platform. Venn said Zuma's technology will become part of its Company Brain system, which brings property, pricing, availability, maintenance and resident information together for AI agents. Kendrick Bradley will lead Venn Leasing, Shiv Gettu will serve as chief partnerships officer, and Zuma's engineers will join Venn's team. Venn says the integration is intended to automate leasing and other work for apartment operators while keeping each customer's operating knowledge under its control.
