The IDF said 14 Israeli civilians crossed from the Golan Heights into Syrian territory. Troops brought them back to Israel and transferred them to police for investigation. The civilians were identified as activists from the Pioneers of Bashan movement. The military condemned the crossing, saying it disrupted operations and endangered Israeli forces in the area.
