Ibex Investors has closed an $87 million fund to buy existing shares in growth-stage Israeli technology companies, according to reports published Wednesday. The vehicle, called Ibex Secondary II LP, is aimed at holdings sold by founders, employees and early investors rather than newly issued company shares. It is Ibex's second Israel-focused secondary fund, following a $40 million fund raised in 2024. Osnat Velingard will manage it from Tel Aviv, while Ibex says it now manages more than $1 billion across its global investment business.
