Yakir Gabay's Yellowstone is seeking about $400 million through a private share placement ahead of a potential initial public offering. The fundraising is underway and is intended to support investments in U.S. real estate; neither the capital raise nor an IPO has been completed. Existing partners are expected to participate in proportion to their holdings: Clal Insurance owns 28.4%, Phoenix 27.8%, Mor 16.2%, and Yellowstone 27.6%. Harel may also join, but its participation was not confirmed. The partnership's equity was reported at $853.7 million.
