Mars Growth Capital, part of Liquidity Group, has asked the Tel Aviv District Court to enforce liens over OpenWeb's Israeli assets and appoint a receiver. In a filing on September 30, the lender put the debt owed to it at $20.01 million and sought attorney Erez Haver for the role. The assets covered by the request include bank-account funds, receivables and intellectual property. The lender also opposed interim relief sought by OpenWeb. Its January 2025 credit facility provided for up to $30 million, of which $24.4 million was drawn.
