Tel Aviv District Court has reportedly decided to appoint a temporary receiver for Israeli technology company OpenWeb, in a development disclosed on September 30. The receiver will be selected in the coming days after secured lender Mars Growth Capital Pre-Unicorn Fund L.P. sought enforcement against the company's Israeli assets, bank accounts and intellectual property. The lender's filings put the outstanding debt at approximately $20.01 million and requested attorney Erez Haver as permanent receiver.
